ChessTutor (TM) Source Code

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
The ChessTutor (TM) source code is offered without warranty of any sort. Any damage caused by the use of this source code shall be the sole responsibility of the user/developer.

USE

Cost: The ChessTutor (TM) code is offered free of charge. The original author, Eduardo Suastegui, asks only for the end user's thanks and faint acknowledgement. The author, apreciating the general destitution of most Chess afficionados, asks for no monetary renumeration for the use of this code and allows the for-profit use of the source code.

Modifications: Any modifications can be made to the ChessTutor (TM) source code, provided (a) no one else is prevented from doing likewise and (b) no malicious program behavior is programmed into the resulting version of ChessTutor (TM).

Support: The author, Eduardo Suastegui, makes no promises whatsoever to provide support and/or any sort of help to end-users, with or without renumeration. The ChessTutor (TM) code is provided as is, without documentation, and it is the exclusive responsibility of the user/developer to gain a working understanding of the inner workings of ChessTutor (TM).
